Thank you for writing me.  I&#039;m very happy to hear that you enjoy Totally Hot Cardio.  Unfortunately that type of workout is not selling well enough these days to make the production investment, however, dance workouts are.  So I am planning to film a dance workout in 2012.  I&#039;m actually beginning to plan it now.  It will take months just to get the music ready.  I&#039;m having music make specifically for this workout.  It will be great.  I will have more information in the beginning of the year.

If you ever get to Phoenix to visit your family, please let me know in advance.  Maybe we can meet for dinner!  I live in the north Scottsdale area.  Lot&#039;s of GREAT restaurants!

I was totally excited when I heard you were making Totally Cool Step 2. I would love to hear that you are also going to make Totally Hot Cardio 2. It is my favorite workout. I have been doing your workouts since 1999. I truly love them. Please keep them coming. if I can do it, you can do it. I&#039;m close to 60 now, but I can and do every advanced move you have, from beginning to end of each workout every day.  I have other instructors videos, but I always come back to yours. I was a tap and jazz dancer in my younger years.

By the way, I lived in Phoenix for 12 years. My 4 kids were born and raised there. 3 live in Phoenix and 1 daughter in California.

Hint: If workouts are tough to do on carpet, put duct tape on the bottom of your shoes and add some powder. It works great!

The choreography intensity and complexity falls within the middle ground - not for beginners, but not a P90X intensity or a brain teaser either.  

As usual, I introduce each movement in Totally Cool Step 2 very quickly.   It&#039;s not watered down for everyone to master on the first time through.  There will be some people that will, but most will not - that&#039;s what MoveMaster is for.   This means that there is not allot of practice during the workout, mostly performance.  I do this for the student that wants to use the video over and over for a long time - without getting bored.  

Also in this new workout I rearranged my TIFTing pattern.   TIFT means &quot;take it from the top.&quot;   Here is how I did it, with no break in the entire workout:

I teach combo 1
    then TIFT combo 1
I teach combo 2
    then TIFT combo&#039;s 1,2
I teach combo 3
   then TIFT combos&#039;s 1,2,3
I teach combo 4
   then TIFT combo 4
I teach combo 5
   then TIFT combo&#039;s 4,5
I teach combo 6
   then TIFT combo&#039;s 4,5,6
I TIFT 1,2,3,4,5,6 - three times straight through, non-stop

The big difference is that in Totally Cool Step 2 I break up the TIFTing in the middle.  The old way caused frustration with doing combo one and two way too many times.   My hope is that this slight change will keep people from gettng bored with this workout too soon.  I fried my brain practicing this method, but I made it through and survived!   :-)
